These are a few of my favorite things

Hello, Friday! So glad you’re here. You’re so nice and pretty out, but I know you have rain lurking in those clouds I see coming. So, to keep me feeling cheery no matter what you do with your weather, I’ve put together an oh-so-pretty inspiration board with all my favorite things for the season.

Neutrals, cosmetic tones, utilitarian influences, girly rompers, boyfriend blazers, dressy shorts, peep-toe wedge booties, relaxed trousers, straw fedoras, loads of layered necklaces….

Whew! That’s a lot to love, but I swear this season was designed for me.

Well, ok,  so maybe I didn’t just do this inspirational collage just to chase away the potential rain blues. Next week I’ll be teaching my ‘Work Your Wardrobe’ seminar for KPMG (major accounting firm downtown, ‘natch!) and this is just a small sneak peak of what I’ll be covering. We’ll be going over spring trends in addition to career outfitting essentials, how to mix and match, body shape types and the do’s and don’ts for each,  personal color analysis. Great info that every woman should know!

Aaaand on that note, back to work for me. This powerpoint ain’t gonna finish itself.

Have a safe, happy and stylish weekend.

xoxo The Fashion Darling

  1. As a recipient of said corporate seminar, THANK YOU MEAGAN! Your background and extensive experience in the industry made this such a valuable seminar for the women of KPMG…accountants just off busy season could use a tip or two! I learned things about my own style and body type that I never knew and I’m so excited to try out what I learned. Your fun-loving and engaging personality made this such a fun event for our firm!

I, for one, couldn’t be more thankful. We hope you’ll come back soon.
